Get bind free wheel travel through the entire suspension cycle of your Jeep with our 3 Link Front Long Arm Kit. Both our personal Jeeps that we've installed these kits on for testing drive better than they ever have.

One is on 40's and the other on 42's. We can go down the freeway at 80mph with one hand on the wheel as if youre driving a normal vehicle. Proper handling is not due to the number of links you have, its all about proper geometry in the design of the kit. We spent countless hours designing this kit to be the best both on road and off road.

This kit includes a heavy duty transmission cross member, boxed lower links, upper link, chassis and axle side upper link brackets and a front track bar. This kit pushes the front end forward 1.5 to 3 inch depending on where you set the links

The transmission cross member is built from high strength 3/16 inch steel plate which is then precision cut, bent and welded.
Our boxed lower links are built from high strength 1/4 inch steel plate and adjustable on one side. They are also precision cut and then fully TIG welded together. We use the MetalCloak Duroflex Joint on each side of the link.

The upper link in this kit is 1 3/4 inch x .120 chromolly with chromolly TIG welded bungs. This link is adjustable on both sides. We use the MetalCloak Duroflex Joint on both sides of the link.
The chassis side upper bracket is a weld on part. It is made from 3/16 inch high strength steel and features a chassis doubler plate that is welded on first. This plate has alignment holes that match up with existing factory holes in the chassis for easy and precise installation.

The reason for the doubler plate is to distribute the forces from the suspension over a larger surface area on the chassis which adds strength and helps avoid cracks from forming years down the road.
Our axle side bracket is made from 1/4 inch high strength steel, Its designed to use a joint on both sides of the link itself unlike the factory style which has the joint in the axle bracket attached to the housing. We did this to be able to use a larger bracket with more surface area to weld to the axle housing for the most strength possible.

Our front track bar is built from high strength 3/16 inch steel plate. Building it out of plate allowed us to achieve clearances that just aren't possible with regular tubing. We were also able to gain more strength this way and build a track bar that does not flex in the bent areas of the bar.

It uses a 7/8's hiem joint on one side and a 7/8's uni ball on the other. Using these instead of a bushing also eliminates any movement in the joints themselves.
Bump stop pads and chassis brackets are included with the front coil over kit and do not come with or welded to the lower links.
