The Aluminum Front Bumper for Jeep Wrangler TJ and LJ is laser cut from 3/16 inch 6061-T6 aluminum plate and formed on a CNC press brake with large radius tooling. This forming process adds tremendous strength to the design. The seams are TIG welded inside and out.

This bumper is just over 46 inch wide to the tips. It is shipped without hardware and bare of any finishes. It can be used without any paint or other surface treatment. Weighing in at just 9lbs this bumper can save some serious weight off the front of your Jeep.
