HD Transfer Case Skid Plate for 03-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ Unlimited (Ultra High-Clearance)(6061-T6 Aluminum). Fits 03-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ Unlimited with standard or automatic transmissions. Fabricated from 3/16 inch thick 6061-T6 Aluminum. The parts were designed in 3D CAD software and laser cut then bent on a CNC press brake for a perfect fit every time.

The UCF Transfer Case Skid Plate is reinforced in the middle of the skid from one side to the other with a stiffening channel/transmission mount. The front and rear edges are ramped to increase strength and aid in sliding over obstacles. This product will increase ground clearance by 3 inch over the factory skid plate. The total height of this system is about 1 inch.

This skid plate will come with a 3/16 inch steel adapter plate for the front set of mounting holes. It is pre-attached to the skid with 3/8 inch low-profile bolts. The adapter will need to be removed and painted prior to final install.
We recommend at least 1 inch of body-lift to run this skid. Shipped UPS in bare steel.

Mounting hardware not included. 03-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ Unlimited will require (6) 1 1/2 inch long x 1/2 inch-13tpi hex bolts with flat washers.
