The UCF Jeep YJ Back-Half Kit was designed to replace the back section of the frame from the up-sweeping section in front of the rear tire to the rear bumper. It includes a pair of 3/16 inch steel frame rails, a pair of 1/8 inch thick body-mount crossmembers and a 1/4 inch thick steel bumper.

Also included are four 3/16 inch steel reinforcing plates that weld on either side of the back-half frame rails and the factory frame rails. This kit requires a 1 inch body lift. This kit narrows the frame rails by 1.5 inch on each side to aid in clearing shocks of all types and creates a flat plane for extended rear wheelbase stretches.

It ships unassembled and must be welded up by the installer before installation onto the Jeep. Add strength, clean up the back of your Jeep frame, make room for rear wheelbase stretch an coil-over shocks.
